Graham Nash has released his sixth solo album after a gap of fourteen years and the Ice Stream has added it to our featured album playlist. When Graham penned this new collection of songs he had just separated from his wife Susan after 38 years of marriage which was clearly weighing heavily on his mind and why this is an extremely reflective album. Indeed, it is an extremely emotional and poignant affair and amongst the strongest musically that he has written.
Graham William Nash was born 2 February 1942. He is known for his light tenor voice and for his songwriting contributions as a member of the English pop group the Hollies and the folk-rock supergroup Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. Nash became an American citizen on 14 August 1978 and holds dual citizenship of the United Kingdom and United States. He was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the 2010 Birthday Honours List for services to music and to charity.
